AI Architect/Engineer - Agentic AI & Domain Specialized Systems

We're seeking a hands-on AI Architect/Engineer to design and implement autonomous AI agents with specialized domain knowledge. You'll build production-grade agentic systems from prototype to scale, working with LLMs, implementing RAG/CAG pipelines, and eventually fine tuning custom models

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement autonomous AI agent architectures with domain expertise and reasoning capabilities
2. Build multi-agent systems with role specialization, task decomposition, and orchestration
3. Architect RAG/CAG pipelines with vector databases for consistent agent outputs
4. Implement agent memory systems, planning frameworks (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute), and tool-use capabilities
5. Design RESTful APIs for integration with application platforms
   
   
6. Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring for agent performance and reliability

Lead transition from cloud LLM APIs to custom fine-tuned models
Work with domain experts to encode specialized knowledge into agent systems

Required Skills

1. AI/ML Expertise
   Deep understanding of LLMs, transformer architectures, and NLP
2. Proven experience building autonomous agents with planning, reasoning, and tool-use
3. Hands-on with agent frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI
4. Expert-level prompt engineering: few-shot, chain-of-thought, ReAct patterns
5. Production RAG systems with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma,FAISS)
6. Extensive experience with Claude, OpenAI GPT-4 APIs, function calling, structured outputs
7. Vector embeddings, semantic search, similarity metrics, retrieval strategies
8. Understanding of fine-tuning, RLHF, LoRA, QLoRA, domain-specific model adaptation
