Operational Excellence, Mentorship & Accountability\n\tManage, mentor, and scale a high\-performance team of Project Managers, Civil Designers, GIS Analysts, and Survey Leads, establishing clear lines of individual and team accountability.\n\tConduct high\-level technical reviews to enforce engineering quality, drastically reducing municipal resubmittal rates and design revisions.\n\tStandardize division\-wide workflows to optimize project throughput, accelerate turnaround times (TAT), and maximize resource utilization.\n4.
