Role Expectations:

• Collaborate with US-based civil engineers on land development and site design projects.
• Assist in preparing site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management designs, and utility routing.
• Perform engineering calculations and ensure technical accuracy in all design deliverables.
• Utilize CAD software to develop detailed construction drawings and design documentation
• Adapt quickly to international project requirements, workflows, and quality standards

What were looking for:

• Education: Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in civil site engineering, land development, or structural site design. (Less experienced candidates with strong potential will also be considered).
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering design software.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), as you will be collaborating daily with a US team

Bonus Qualifications

• Prior experience or familiarity with US engineering standards and codes (e.g.,
• ASCE, AISC, or local US municipal codes) is highly preferred and will be given top priority.
• Experience working with international clients or offshore engineering teams
