Community Engagement & Relationship Building\nBuild and nurture meaningful relationships with Yoga Circle members across digital and offline touchpoints\nEngage actively with users to improve participation, trust, and community belonging\nIdentify and build strong relationships with power users and highly engaged members\nFoster safe, positive, and supportive community interactions aligned with Yoga Circle values\nCreate systems that encourage repeat participation and deeper member involvement\n\n2. Feedback Management & User Advocacy\nCollect, organize, and synthesize user feedback across community channels and engagement touchpoints\nAct as the voice of the community within cross-functional teams\nIdentify recurring user pain points, engagement gaps, and improvement opportunities\nWork closely with Product, CRM, and Yoga teams to improve member experience based on feedback insights\nBuild feedback loops that make users feel heard, valued, and involved in the product journey\n\n3. Community Circles & Champion Programs\nCreate and manage smaller community circles focused on shared goals, interests, and engagement themes\nBuild and scale community champion and ambassador programs\nIdentify highly engaged members and empower them to lead community initiatives and participation\nDevelop engagement frameworks and playbooks for community champions\nStrengthen peer-to-peer engagement and member-led support systems\n\n4.
Organic Growth, Network Effects & Events\nDrive organic community growth through referrals, engagement loops, and network effects\nPlan and execute offline meetups, wellness events, workshops, and community gatherings\nCollaborate with growth and communication teams on community-led growth initiatives\nEncourage user-generated content, participation, and community storytelling\nBuild engagement programs that increase retention, advocacy, and word-of-mouth growth\n\nSkills & Qualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\n3–7 years of experience in community management, engagement, user experience, or consumer-facing roles\nStrong relationship-building and communication skills\nExperience managing online communities, engagement programs, or member ecosystems\nStrong empathy and ability to understand user behavior and motivations\nExperience organizing events, meetups, workshops, or engagement initiatives\nAbility to manage multiple community initiatives in a fast-paced environment\nStrong collaboration skills across product, growth, and communication teams\n\nAbout Yoga Circle\nYoga Circle is an online yoga and wellness platform from the house of Cult, focused on helping users build sustainable wellness habits through expert-led sessions, guided journeys, and community-driven engagement.
