This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership to drive strategic financial planning, SaaS business analysis, forecasting accuracy, and operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in SaaS financial modeling, recurring revenue analytics, and KPI-driven business performance management in a high-growth technology environment.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nFinancial Planning & Forecasting\nLead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes across business functions.\nDevelop and maintain robust SaaS financial models for revenue, ARR, bookings, headcount, operating expenses, and cash flow planning.\nSupport annual budgeting and long-range planning exercises.\nAnalyze actuals vs. forecast and provide variance insights with actionable recommendations.\n\nSaaS Metrics & Business Analytics\nOwn and analyze key SaaS performance metrics including:\n\nARR / MRR\nNet Revenue Retention (NRR)\nGross Revenue Retention (GRR)\nCAC\nLTV\nCAC Payback Period\nChurn & Expansion Metrics\nGross Margin & Unit Economics\nBuild scalable KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive leadership.\nConduct cohort analysis, customer profitability analysis, and scenario modeling.\n\nStrategic Finance & Business Partnering\nPartner with GTM, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives.\nProvide insights on revenue trends, pipeline performance, sales productivity, and investment efficiency.\nSupport board reporting, investor reporting, and executive presentations.\nAssist in evaluating strategic investments, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency opportunities.\n\nReporting & Process Improvement\nImprove financial reporting automation and data integrity across systems.\nDrive process optimization initiatives within FP&A workflows.\nCollaborate with Accounting during month-end and quarter-end close cycles.\nEnsure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.\nMBA, CFA, CPA, or CA preferred.\n3–4 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Financial Analytics roles.\nStrong experience working within a SaaS or subscription-based business model is mandatory.\nAdvanced expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.\nStrong understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription economics.\nExperience working with large datasets and business intelligence/reporting tools.\nAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills required.\nExperience with ERP and FP&A tools is preferred.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\n\nPreferred Skills\nStrong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.\nExperience supporting US-based finance teams and leadership stakeholders.\nHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.\nComfortable working across global teams and time zones.\nExperience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments preferred.
