Job Description

ABOUT SNOWBOTIX

Snowbotix is a U. S.-based robotics company developing all-electric, autonomous, multi-utility outdoor robots for commercial environments. We are building a next-generation Fleet Management Platform that enables customers to deploy, monitor, and manage autonomous robotic operations across multiple sites. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer based in India who has a proven track record of architecting complex, data-dense enterprise software ecosystems.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will lead the end-to-end UI/UX design to unify and optimize the Snowbotix Fleet Management App ecosystem across desktop web and mobile interfaces. The core platform spans roughly 16–18 integrated sub-apps including real-time RTK GPS trackers, command & control centers, multi tenant scheduling engines, and administrative portals.

This hands-on role requires exceptional systems thinking to translate massive streams of real time telemetry into clean, high-performance interfaces. Your layouts will play a critical role in framing data and color architecture so that enterprise facilities managers and C-suite stakeholders instantly recognize operational capacity gains and value realization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Unified UI/UX Architecture: Develop complete interface flows for desktop web and mobile app views, maintaining snappiness and low performance overhead under heavy telemetry loads.

Executive Data Framing: Translate complex robotics workflows into intuitive interfaces for multiple personas. Strategically design reporting metrics using color theory and visual hierarchy to cleanly convey commercial value and operational leverage to C-suite authorities.

Core App Workflows: Create user journeys, task flows, and information hierarchy for live robot monitoring, high-precision geospatial map layers, geofencing, multi-tenant scheduling, and contract management.

Design System Ownership: Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and an immutable, token-based design system using industry-standard platforms, centered around a modern "Clean Industrial Light" theme to ensure visual consistency across all 16+ sub-apps and pop-ups.

Production Hand-off: Collaborate closely with frontend engineering to ensure pixel-perfect, lightweight implementation optimized for Tailwind CSS.

Scalable Design System: Maintain, scale, and enforce an immutable, token-based design system utilizing a modern, "Clean Industrial Light" aesthetic across all 16+ separate sub-apps and modal windows.

Required Experience:

Professional Tenacity: 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience shipping high-fidelity enterprise B2 B Saa S platforms.

Domain Expertise: Proven portfolio demonstrating deep competence in data-rich dashboards, real-time telemetry/monitoring screens, and multi-role user flows, preferably in:

Robotics, autonomous systems, or industrial Io T Fleet management / telematics GIS or interactive map-based interfaces

Technical Mastery: Expert-level command of modern UI/UX design and prototyping tools (including a mastery of component states, variables, and responsive auto-layouts), alongside a strong understanding of frontend web layout constraints.

Business Acumen: Ability to convert complex technical requirements into a clean narrative that emphasizes value realization while explicitly avoiding red-flag labor replacement terminology.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate independently alongside U. S.-based leadership and engineering teams.
