Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sangli-Miraj and Kupwad for a Civil Site Engineer. The Civil Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction sites, monitoring project schedules, and ensuring the work aligns with the structural engineering requirements and project specifications.
Qualifications

• Experience in on-site management and ability to coordinate daily construction activities effectively
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Expertise in quality control to ensure adherence to construction standards and project specifications
• Proficiency in Structural Engineering and knowledge of construction methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Ability to analyze project plans and technical drawings
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in project execution
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a construction environment
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly in supervisory or site engineering roles, is a plus
