Job Description
Fincity is a Real estate alternate investment platform with Assets Under Management (AUM) of over 1,500 Cr. Our Sales & Marketing Division ( focuses on selling mandate residential real estate projects. As AGM/DGM, you will be deputed at one of our project location and responsible for client management.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Head & Manage Project Sales : Head sales, hire, train and manage team for assigned project.
- Sales Planning and Goals Achievement : Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales plan and drive team to meet/exceed targets.
- Team Management : Hire, train and retain an exceptional sales team which can deliver superlative performance.
- Customer Managemen t: Manage end-to-end customer interaction including understanding customer need and profile, conduct in-depth tour of the assigned residential property, explain investment rationale and follow-up till sale materializes.
- Lead Generation : Work with team on generating possible referrals / leads from assigned Priority Channel Partner relationships and other sources.
- Competition Tracking : Track and monitor competition and latest market trends. Share knowledge and information with the team.
- Reporting : Ensure timely updates on the system. Submit weekly progress report to management team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Real Estate Sales experience.
- High levels of passion, grit and ownership.
- Superlative communication and team management skills.
