Following its $650 million Series E funding round in August 2021, the Company is valued at $3.2 billion, and is backed by Accel, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Leeds Illuminate, Prosus Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, and Bertelsmann.\n\nObjective of the Role:\nThe LMS Coordinator (SPOC) is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate setup of live courses within the LMS using predefined master templates, while adhering to established timelines for homepage creation and course launch readiness. The role focuses on delivering a seamless and high-quality LMS experience for learners by maintaining consistency, accuracy, and operational excellence across all course instances.\n\nResponsibilities:\nAct as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for LMS operations, ensuring timely creation and launch of live course instances in adherence to defined SLAs.\nConfigure courses using predefined master templates and ensure readiness as per established timelines for homepage creation and course launch.\nDeliver a seamless, high-quality LMS experience across the course lifecycle, including setup of learner communications and announcements as per approved templates.\nPartner effectively with Design, Academic Delivery, IT/Technology, Service Delivery, Admissions, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth course execution.\nUphold quality standards by adhering to SOPs, conducting regular quality checks (QCs), and ensuring accuracy and completeness of course content and configurations.\nTrack course progress on an ongoing basis, proactively identify risks, delays, or errors, and escalate to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.\nSupport Program Support teams in timely resolution of learner tickets and queries, ensuring minimal disruption to the learner journey.\nCapture cause on tickets and implement corrective and preventive action to enhance operational efficiency and learner experience.\nRaise structured change requests with the Design team to enable continuous improvement in course delivery and platform experience.\nEffectively operate and manage LMS and associated platforms (e.g., Airtable, external tools, simulators), ensuring overall course readiness and operational excellence.
