Job Description

We are seeking a Planning Engineer responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. The candidate will ensure timely execution of projects by preparing detailed work schedules, tracking progress, identifying delays, and coordinating with site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly project activities.
  • Identify schedule deviations, delays, and risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Conduct project planning and review meetings.
  • Analyze productivity, resource utilization, and project performance.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Assist in cost control and project forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with project deadlines and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor‘s Degree in Civil.
  • 2–6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across project sites.
