About the Role

Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant specializing in UK Payroll and Absence Management, responsible for delivering functional consulting, configuration, and support for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and enhancements for UK-based clients. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 10 Years.


Responsibilities

  • Provide functional consulting for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with a primary focus on UK Payroll and Absence Management modules.
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for UK Payroll and Absence Management.
  • Configure UK Payroll elements, payroll balances, payroll calculation rules, statutory components, and payroll reporting in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Configure Absence types, plans, eligibility rules, accruals, and related policies in Oracle Fusion Absence Management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand UK payroll and absence requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Support payroll parallel runs, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure accurate UK payroll processing.
  • Work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting related to UK Payroll and Absence Management.
  • Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve defects related to payroll and absence functionalities.
  • Provide post-go-live support, issue analysis, and continuous improvements for UK Payroll and Absence Management processes.
  • Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides for implemented solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with UK statutory payroll and leave regulations within the Oracle Fusion HCM solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HCM teams (Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.) to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.


Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with hands-on expertise in UK Payroll (Functional).
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management (Functional).
  • Good understanding of UK payroll legislation, statutory deductions, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in configuring payroll and absence rules, fast formulas (preferable), and related setups in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Experience in supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for UK clients.
