Job Description
Role Description As a Graphic Designer at Idukki, you will create visual assets that bring our UGC platform, brand stories, and client campaigns to life. In this full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, you will spend part of your time working onsite with the team and part working from home. Your day-to-day work will include designing graphics for web, social media, product interfaces, and marketing collateral, as well as developing visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to translate ideas into clear, compelling visuals, refine designs based on feedback, and maintain a consistent visual identity across channels. You will also prepare production-ready files, manage design assets, and stay current with design trends and best practices relevant to digital products and performance marketing.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital products, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and evolve cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability across devices.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, work with feedback, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant digital design work, ideally including web, product, and social media assets.
- Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and designing for performance-driven marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
