AI Researcher (only IIT/IISc passouts)

A solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) is required, and experience with large language models (LLMs) is preferred. In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.\n\nWhat you'll do:\nExpected to work on e-commerce search problems involving large volumes of complex, real-world structured and unstructured text data, image data, ontologies and databases.\nShould be comfortable in analysing data, performing error analysis, debugging, tuning and modifying research code based on such analysis to optimise performance.\nThe ideal candidate should be willing to get to the heart of a problem by asking deep questions and then thinking out of the box to find solutions.\n\nWhat you'll need:\nHands-on experience with training, tuning and executing deep learning models (Essential)\nHands-on experience with modifying deep learning research code (Preferred)\nFormal experience (e.g. as part of college curriculum or company project) of working on ML / DL projects (Preferred)\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s / Master's / PhD Degree in CS / ECE / EE / AI / ML /Data Science
