The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions in enterprise environments, with a strong focus on U.S. staffing and recruitment automation.\nResponsibilities\nAssess business processes and identify opportunities for AI and automation\nDesign, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions\nBuild and enhance workflows and AI-enabled automation components\nIntegrate automation solutions with enterprise applications and databases\nAutomate resume sourcing, submissions, and email communication using AI-generated solutions\nSupport recruitment operations through intelligent process automation\nRequired Skills\nExperience in AI automation or intelligent process automation\nStrong programming experience with Python and/or Java\nExperience with APIs, system integrations, and databases\nExperience working with ATS platforms (Ceipal preferred)\nExperience in User interface skill and Agent Tech AI skill is required\nHands-on experience in U.S.
