About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dialysis Technician to join a healthcare team in Singapore. The successful candidate will support dialysis treatments, ensure patient comfort, and maintain high standards of safety and quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate dialysis equipment according to established protocols.
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing dialysis treatment to patients.
- Monitor patients during treatment and report any concerns to the clinical team.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality standards.
- Ensure treatment areas are clean, organized, and fully equipped.
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or recognized qualification in Dialysis Technology, Renal Care, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Relevant dialysis or clinical experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with appropriate qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
