Responsibilities
- Own the ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, Virtual Agent, and Automation.
- Define and drive the ServiceNow roadmap aligned with global manufacturing and infrastructure strategies.
- Architect ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Health Dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow implementations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture and administration.
- Hands on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, and Automation modules.
- Proven ability to design and implement Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Health dashboards.
- Excellent knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and consulting skills.
