Qualifications
- Experience Level 5–8 years of relevant software development experience
- C++ Development Strong hands on experience in software development using C++
- Storage Domain Experience Exposure to HDD / SSD firmware design, development, validation, or storage tools
- Device Drivers Experience in Windows or Linux device drivers (e.g., serial drivers)
- HDD / SSD Development Any direct or indirect experience in HDD-related software/firmware
- Scripting Languages Awareness or hands on experience with Python, Perl, Shell scripting, or Lua
- Problem Solving Excellent analytical abilities with strong debugging and root cause analysis
- Debugging Hands on experience debugging complex system level or low level issues
- Communication Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Software Engineering Basics Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system programming
- System-Level Programming Understanding of OS–hardware interaction
- Cross-Team Collaboration Worked with firmware, hardware, validation, or system teams
