About The Job:
- The ServiceNow L3 Developer is responsible for advanced development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- This role involves leading complex projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of the organization

Advanced Development and Customization:
- Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications.

Complex Workflow Automation:
- Design and implement complex automated workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other integration tools.

Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Troubleshooting and Optimization:
- Analyze and resolve advanced technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations and optimize system performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on complex projects and integrations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Transform Maps, Workflows, REST APIs, Integration Hub spokes etc.
- Working Experience with ITSM Pro products e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are required. Additional certifications in ITIL, ITSM, or related areas are highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow workspaces including UI Builder.
- Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist products.
