Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow App Engine Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform using App Engine. The candidate should have strong expertise in workflow automation, low-code/no-code development, integrations, and ServiceNow platform customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, forms, tables, workflows, and business processes.
• Develop Flow Designer workflows, IntegrationHub spokes, and automation solutions.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Build custom portals, workspaces, and user interfaces as per business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and release management activities.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio (AES).
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer.
• Experience in ServiceNow Application Development.
• ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript).
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes.
• Service Catalog and Workflow Development.
• REST/SOAP Integrations.
• IntegrationHub.
• ACLs, Roles, and Security Configuration.
• ServiceNow Platform Administration knowledge.
