Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure training aligns with regulatory standards.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for maintaining accurate records and processes.
• Strong training skills to effectively convey technical knowledge and practices to trainees.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for delivering clear and comprehensible training sessions.
• Ability to evaluate training programs and assess the effectiveness of training sessions on an ongoing basis.
• Background in Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure training content meets quality standards.
• Familiarity with technical equipment and tools relevant to the scope of training provided.
• Prior experience in developing training materials and course outlines tailored to technical and compliance needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging technical training sessions to workforce, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of industry standards.
• Develop and update training materials that align with regulatory standards and company practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate training records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure training content meets all quality and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support and guidance in the use and maintenance of technical equipment utilized during training sessions.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop tailored training modules.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance the quality and relevance of training sessions.
