Role Summary

Seeking a seasoned marketing leader to own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for dental materials and devices portfolio. The candidate will drive brand building, product lifecycle management, KOL relations, market development, and internal cross-functional alignment to maximize growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals to expand product presence and market share.
  • Lead new product launches, category management, and portfolio optimization across dental restorative and implant segments.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), dental professionals, and academic institutions to drive product advocacy and education programs.
  • Plan and execute scientific events, workshops, training programs, and national conferences participation.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure integrated market approach.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to fine-tune marketing strategies and pricing.
  • Manage marketing budgets ensuring optimal allocation and measurable ROI.
  • Mentor and lead the marketing team to enhance capabilities and drive performance.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing or Business with 12+ years of relevant experience in dental, medical devices, or healthcare marketing.
  • Proven experience in brand management, product launch, KOL engagement, and market research.
  • Strong knowledge of dental materials, implant systems, and related clinical applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, market data analytics, and cross-functional project management.
