About the Role

We are looking for skilled and compassionate Phlebotomists to join our healthcare team across various locations in Odisha. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood and specimen samples from patients for laboratory testing, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture for blood sample collection
  • Label and document collected specimens accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of collection equipment
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during sample collection and transport
  • Coordinate with laboratory teams for timely sample delivery
  • Educate patients on the procedure and ensure their comfort during collection
  • Maintain accurate patient records and collection logs
  • Participate in quality control and assurance activities as required

Required Qualifications

  • Educational: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in phlebotomy or field sample collection
  • Preference: Candidates with field collection experience will be prioritized

Mandatory Training

All selected candidates must undergo a 15-day hands-on training program in Bhubaneswar to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality protocols.

  • Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally
