Required Qualifications

Education: Advanced degree (e.g., MD, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Clinical Biochemistry, Pathology, or Medical Laboratory Science.

Experience: Extensive experience (e.g., 8-10+ years) in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting, with proven leadership and management experience.

Skills:Strong technical expertise in various laboratory disciplines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and laboratory accreditation processes.
