Coordinate and follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, agreements, presentations, and reports.
Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and sales tracking systems.
Handle order processing, invoicing, and ensure timely delivery coordination with logistics/operations teams.
Act as a point of contact between sales executives and clients for efficient communication.
Support in preparing sales forecasts, MIS reports, and tracking team performance.
Make 4050 calls daily to schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments with architects for the sales team.
Ensure after-sales support and customer satisfaction follow-ups.
Liaise with internal teams (finance, logistics, production, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
