Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain assigned equipment and machinery in respective department.
- Ensure smooth production flow with adherence to safety & quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during operations.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain daily logs and operational reports.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for seamless shift operations.
Requirements
- ITI certification in relevant trade.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of production, maintenance, or operations (depending on department).
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Strong commitment to safety, discipline, and teamwork.
