Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Manager(For Mines Industry)

Location: Kurnool, Hyderabad

Experience: 15 years

Salary: Upto 10 LPA

Job Description:

• Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems of mining equipment (e.g., dumpers, loaders, dozers, excavators, drilling rigs, pumps)
• Capability to carry out preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule
• Skill in maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Experience assisting in the installation, alignment, and commissioning of new machinery
• Ensuring compliance with OEM and HEMM specifications and operational requirements
• Ability to identify root causes of mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions
• Experience implementing solutions to minimize recurrence of breakdowns
• Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations
• Conducting safety inspections and participating in toolbox talks
• Monitoring spare parts inventory and raising requisitions as required
• Coordinating with procurement for sourcing mechanical components and tools
• Recommending modifications to improve equipment efficiency, reliability, and lifecycle.
