Role Summary


We are looking for an experienced AWS Engineer with strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK and CloudFormation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS architecture design, automation, and AI-related services, along with working knowledge of TypeScript or Node.js for CDK-based development.


Key Responsibilities


Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK and CloudFormation.

Develop and maintain reusable IaC templates for multi-account and multi-environment setups.

Work on provisioning and configuration of core AWS services EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.

Collaborate with architects to translate design blueprints into automated deployments.

Integrate AWS AI and ML services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, Rekognition) into application environments.

Ensure security, scalability, and compliance best practices are followed in all infrastructure components.

Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, perform deployment testing, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

Create and maintain detailed infrastructure documentation.

Required Skills


Strong proficiency with AWS CDK (TypeScript/Python) and AWS CloudFormation.

Solid understanding of AWS core services: compute, storage, networking, and IAM.

Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).

Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, or Kendra.

Working knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, or React (for reviewing and integrating IaC or front-end components).

Experience with CI/CD automation using CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

Good understanding of security controls (KMS, WAF, Cognito, VPC security).

Good-to-Have


Exposure to multi-account AWS environments or Control Tower setup.

Understanding of Bedrock Guardrails or AI model deployment lifecycle.

Experience with Terraform (optional).

Familiarity with containerization (ECS, ECR, or Fargate).

Soft Skills


Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and documentation ability.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in collaborative setups.

Education


Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
