Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Pharmacy team and clients for smooth operations
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain MIS
- Handle client communication and follow-ups
- Support in processing orders and documentation
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 13 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service (Retail Pharmacy Background)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
