Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Chennai

Salary: 1520 LPA

Experience: 815 years (B2C sales leadership)


Role Summary

Lead sales & admissions for 38 schools in your zone. Manage multi-location sales teams, drive walk-ins, conversions & revenue growth. Report to the Zonal Business Head.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own admissions & revenue targets
  • Lead & manage school sales teams
  • Drive lead funnel, follow-ups & closures
  • Run local sales campaigns
  • Conduct weekly sales reviews & reporting
  • Ensure SOP compliance across schools


Preferred Backgrounds

  • EdTech, Telecom, E-Commerce, BFSI, Education (K12)
  • Strong B2C field sales & multi-location management
  • Track record of achieving sales targets


Requirements

  • 815 years experience
  • Strong team leadership
  • Excellent communication & parent interaction skills
  • 6-day workweek (alternate Saturdays off)
