  1. Manage day-to-day vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs for pickup completion and quality.
  2. Handle vendor escalations proactively, driving timely resolution in coordination with internal teams.
  3. Oversee vendor onboarding, documentation, and operational readiness.
  4. Coordinate with store teams, logistics partners, and regional operations for smooth exchange pickups.
  5. Track and report performance metrics including pickup completion, turnaround time, escalation rate, and customer feedback.
  6. Conduct regular market visits and vendor audits to assess operational compliance and gather ground-level feedback.
  7. Analyze data using Excel to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  8. Share weekly performance insights and actionable feedback with leadership.
