Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, offering expert styling advice and personalized fashion recommendations appropriate for Mothercare clients.
- Guide customers through product selections, ensuring needs are fully understood and delivering tailored solutions in line with current trends.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and maintain lasting relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the in-store team to maintain visual merchandising and uphold premium store standards at all times.
- Support store promotional campaigns and events, actively participating to drive traffic and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on fashion industry trends, product knowledge, and new arrivals to proactively share information with customers.
- Assist in maintaining inventory organization and ensure accurate product displays to optimize sales opportunities.
- Provide consultation and wardrobe planning services for mothers and children, ensuring recommendations meet brand quality and style expectations.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to customer satisfaction, escalating when necessary.
