  • Proven experience in pediatric medicine, demonstrating expertise in treating children and adolescents in clinical settings.
  • Comprehensive understanding of otolaryngology, providing specialized care for disorders related to the ear, nose, and throat for younger patients.
  • Experience in critical care settings, especially in managing pediatric emergencies and intensive care cases efficiently.
  • Pediatric skill set (Mandatory skill), emphasizing both diagnostic acumen and compassionate patient management for children.
  • ENT specialization (Mandatory skill), with practical knowledge in surgical and non-surgical interventions relevant to pediatric cases.
  • IDCCM (Mandatory skill) qualification, ensuring the ability to handle intensive care cases meeting current medical standards in critical care.
  • Strong proficiency in evaluating complex cases and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient outcomes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both young patients and their guardians, explaining diagnoses, procedures, and aftercare.
  • Required skills also include a background as a pediatrician, skills in otolaryngology, and substantial expertise in critical care treatment and support for children.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality medical care to pediatric patients with ENT disorders and critical care needs, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, diagnostic procedures, and interpret findings to develop appropriate treatment plans for children.
  • Handle pediatric emergencies and deliver intensive care interventions, responding promptly to critical medical situations as part of a specialized team.
  • Perform ENT-related procedures, including examinations, surgeries, and post-operative care tailored to pediatric patients under clinical supervision.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, technicians, and other specialists to deliver coordinated care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient history, medical procedures, and follow-ups as per healthcare regulations.
  • Closely communicate and educate families regarding clinical findings, recommended treatments, and preventive care relevant to pediatric ENT and critical care.
  • Participate in continuous medical education, stay updated with latest advancements in pediatric OT, ENT, and critical care to enhance patient safety and care standards.
