Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

- Monitor and review patient progress, interpreting diagnostic reports and modifying treatment plans when clinically indicated.
- Collaborate with consultants, specialists, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, interventions, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational and statutory requirements.
- Participate actively in hospital rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits to enhance quality of care and patient safety.
- Supervise and provide clinical support to resident doctors, interns, and nursing staff on clinical protocols and emergency procedures.
- Maintain readiness for medical emergencies, staying updated on the latest clinical guidelines to uphold best practices in acute care.
