Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Assist in maintaining product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness
• Process billing, handle cash/UPI transactions, and manage POS systems
• Replenish stock and ensure correct product tagging
• Support store promotional activities and sales campaigns
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
