Process Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client RFQs, tender documents, technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Develop process design basis, system design documents, and process descriptions for treatment systems.
• Perform preliminary sizing, hydraulic calculations, and selection of treatment units.
• Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, mass balance calculations, and basic engineering layouts.
• Conduct detailed process calculations and develop treatment schemes for water and wastewater projects.
• Evaluate water quality reports and recommend suitable treatment technologies.
• Prepare design reports, datasheets, equipment specifications, and compliance statements.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for vendor evaluation, technical checks, and offer assessments.
• Provide technical inputs for cost estimation and pricing.
• Offer technical support to sales, execution, and procurement teams as required.
• Attend client meetings, provide technical clarifications, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Support project teams during installation, commissioning, and handover stages.
