Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional in-store customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and building strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and understand their needs
  • Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising, and cleanliness standards
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth store functioning
  • Process billing, returns, and exchanges as per company policies
  • Capture customer details and feedback for CRM purposes
  • Achieve individual and store-level service and experience targets


Eligibility & Skills:

  • Graduate Mandatory
  • 17 years of experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
  • Well-groomed and presentable personality
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
