Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and preferably Education Cloud. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and driving Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build Salesforce applications across multiple clouds
- Lead technical design, development, and integrations
- Guide teams, drive Agile practices, and ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical & business objectives
- Support CI/CD, release management, and code quality standards
Key Skills Required
- 10+ years overall IT experience with strong SFDC development
- Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Aura, LWC
- Strong experience in Sales, Service & Experience Cloud
- API & third-party integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Salesforce Administration, Reports & Dashboards
- Data migration (Data Loader, Workbench)
- CI/CD, release management & code scanning tools
