Key Responsibilities

• Strong Experience in Data research, lead generation, running email campaigns, managing reports & analysis
• Detail-oriented Appointment Setter who will fully own lead database research, email campaign execution, and automated drip sequence management. Hands-on experience with email outreach tools (ex: Apollo, Instantly)
• Excellent research ability and attention to detail
• Conduct data mining and market research to identify potential leads and target accounts
• Maintain and improve data quality across CRM systems and internal databases
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach and reporting efforts
• Support ongoing process improvements and ad-hoc reporting requirements

What We Look For

• 12 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or a related role
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with data mining, data management, and reporting
• Good Understanding of email marketing concepts and lead generation processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Good communication and organizational skills
