Hiring: Tender Executive Manpower / Security / Facility Management

Location: Gurgaon

Department: Business Development / Operations

Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month (Based on interview)

Qualification: Graduate / Relevant Tender Experience

Experience: 15 years preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tender activities for Manpower Supply, Security Services, and Facility Management contracts. The role requires hands-on experience with government and private tender portals.

Key Responsibilities

* Search, prepare, and submit tenders/RFPs

* Handle technical and commercial bid documentation

* Ensure compliance with tender terms and timelines

* Manage tender portals (GeM, CPPP, State & Private portals)

* Coordinate with internal teams for documents and pricing

* Maintain tender records and follow-ups

Skills Required

* Experience in tendering (Manpower / Security / Facility Management)

* Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

* Good documentation and coordination skills

* Familiarity with government tender portals
