Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 support for Kinaxis Supplier Collaboration processes and applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA timelines.
• Troubleshoot Supplier Collaboration workflows, alerts, data, and system configurations.
• Analyze API integrations and trace data flow between Kinaxis and connected systems to identify source data, validate payloads, and resolve integration issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for application and integration-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support supplier onboarding, user access management, and user queries.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Participate in testing, release activities, and system upgrades.
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Kinaxis support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
• Understanding of Supplier Collaboration and supply chain planning processes.
• Ability to analyze API integrations, identify data sources, and troubleshoot data flow issues across systems.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Kinaxis Certification preferred.
• Experience in production support or AMS engagements.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
