About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Management Trainee to join our Business Operations team. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in business management, revenue operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution.

The Management Trainee will work closely with business leaders and gain exposure to various functions including Revenue, Content, Brand Solutions, Operations, Product, and Strategy. The role offers a unique opportunity to understand how a fast-paced digital media business operates while contributing to key business initiatives and growth projects.


Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Execution

  • Support the planning, tracking, and execution of strategic business initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
  • Assist in monitoring business performance metrics and preparing periodic reports.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to track action items, deadlines, and project progress.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends and insights.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Assist in tracking revenue, operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and business performance indicators.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting systems.

Revenue & Commercial Support

  • Support revenue teams with sales tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, market research, and client analysis.
  • Track campaign performance and revenue-related metrics.

Research & Strategic Projects

  • Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis.
  • Support leadership on special projects and business improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business summaries for management discussions.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Document business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in implementing process improvements across departments.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Mass Media, or related disciplines.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of digital media, advertising, content, or internet businesses.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
