Production Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise production activities in Granulation, Compression, and Coating areas during the shift.
• Ensure smooth area management and line handling to achieve planned production targets.
• Coordinate and optimize manpower handling, allocation, and utilization across production lines.
• Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety, and data integrity requirements.
• Execute and monitor batch manufacturing activities as per approved procedures.
• Perform and review production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Handle QMS activities including deviations, CAPA, change controls, investigations, and compliance actions.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other cross-functional departments for uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, line clearance, and adherence to quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Train and guide operators and technicians to maintain skill competency and compliance.
