Applicants can explore the company’s portfolio and product range at Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Delhi, India. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing expense reports. The role involves coordinating internal and external communications, drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The Executive Assistant will help organize meetings and events, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on priorities. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, handling sensitive information with discretion, and maintaining a professional, organized office environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage calendars, meetings, documentation, and daily operations.
  • Proficiency in Expense Reports and related financial tracking to support budgeting and reimbursement processes.
  • Proven Executive Support experience, including handling confidential information, prioritizing tasks, and supporting senior leaders.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is highly preferred; experience in design, construction, or building materials is a plus.
