Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate with 9–12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Demonstrated experience in leading teams in current or previous roles
Key Skills & Expertise:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across internal and
external stakeholders
Comprehensive understanding of SLA frameworks and proven ability to manage escalations
Skilled in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving corrective and preventive actions
Exposure to Inventory Management, allocation processes, customer dispute resolution, and
query handling is beneficial
Experience in technology-driven or continuous improvement (CI) transformation initiatives
Advanced proficiency in SAP and Power BI
Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to
drive informed decision-making
Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Work Environment:
Must be open to working in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
Required to work on-site on all working days
