Electrical Maintenance Sr.Engineer

We are looking for the suitable candidate for the Electrical Engineering role. The candidates from the Fabrication Industry would be preferred.

Job Description: - Electrical Maintenance

1-Planning Responsibilities :

• Design, modification and its planning
• Retrofitting of machines.
• In house modification of machines.
• Maintaining Calibration, Preventive and Planned Maintenance record of all machines.
• Maintain MTBF, MTTR.
• Follow parameters and maintain all the records as per ISO 9001:2008, ISO 18001, ISO 14001

Procurement Responsibilities :

• Raising PR (Purchase Request), for required items, element.
• Taking regular follow up of those items and plan the work accordingly.
• Concentrate on cost reduction by developing imported products locally, by changing simple design, bargaining on cost etc

Administrative Responsibilities :

• Proper allotment of work to workmen.
• Getting work done from subordinates.
• Giving proper guidance to all reportees.
• Coordination with other shop supervisors, managers.
• Arranging Technical and Non-technical training programs for them.

Technical Responsibilities :

• Best analysis and troubleshooting of all types of machine to identify the problem area.
• Preventive, Predictive, Planned, Breakdown Maintenance of all mentioned machines.
• Maintenance of Sertom make and other make rolling machine, CNC drilling machine , CNC Horizontal Boring machine,
• Maintenance of VTL machine, EOT cranes up to 100 MT
• Maintenance of Stress reliving and Normalizing furnace,
• Maintenance of SAW machines , AMI make automatic welding machine & Tube to Tube Sheet welding machine, Shot blasting room , paint shop, portable tools.
• Maintenance and operation of CNC & PLC based System (Machine).
• Maintenance and operation AC & DC drives, conventional and servo motors.
• Maintaining breakdown time of machines within 1-2 %.
• Focus on Energy / Power Saving through innovative modification.
• Study and change PLC logic of machine to enhance productivity, ensure safety, ensure optimum utilization of machine functions.
• He have min 10 years experience in Electrical maintenance.(Diploma/Degree).
