Essential Qualifications

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) + two years of experience or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT).

Essential Requirements

• Experience in blood and other types of sample collection in hospital and/or field settings.

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience working in a field-based research setting.
• Experience in processing blood samples in a laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Collection of blood samples in the field.
• Collection of stool samples and other biological specimens, as required.
• Performing daily field and laboratory activities.
• Ensuring smooth operations at the laboratory processing unit.
• Maintaining laboratory supplies and infrastructure-related requirements.
• Coordinating specimen transport from field sites to the designated laboratory in consultation with technical leads and team members.
• Completing relevant forms and maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Salary: commensurate with experience.
