Lead SAP QM/BRH Consultant - Life Sciences | Contract-to-Hire

About the Role\nWe are seeking a Lead SAP QM/BRH Consultant for a Contract-to-Hire engagement with a Life Sciences client. The role centers on SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) for Life Sciences — a BTP-based cloud solution that centralizes batch release decisions across LIMS, MES, and S/4HANA for Qualified Person sign-off — backed by strong SAP Quality Management (QM) fundamentals.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end SAP BRH implementation: requirements gathering, business blueprint, configuration, SIT, OQ, UAT, and go-live\nDrive key BRH configuration decisions: release checks, release types, business rules, release decision codes, quality departments, locations, organizational areas, and user authorization templates\nOwn integration strategy and API field mapping between BRH and S/4HANA, LIMS, MES, and platforms such as Veeva, Trackwise, and Loftware\nConfigure SAP QM in areas overlapping with BRH scope: inspection lot processing, results/defects recording, sample management, batch classification, certificates of analysis, and stability studies\nLead project delivery — own timelines, stakeholder management, functional specifications (FS), WRICEF documentation, and design review board submissions\nProvide team leadership and mentorship across project phases, ensuring quality and compliance of deliverables.\n\nRequirements\n11+ years of total SAP experience, with QM as a core skill and hands-on SAP BRH implementation/configuration exposure (minimum 1-2 full BRH project cycles)\nDemonstrated experience leading an SAP implementation end-to-end — owning the path from requirements gathering through delivery, with team leadership responsibility (Team Lead title a plus, not mandatory)\nExperience integrating BRH/QM with S/4HANA, LIMS, MES, and at least one of Veeva, Trackwise, or Loftware\nExperience working in a GxP-regulated Life Sciences/Pharma environment\n\nEngagement Details\nType : Contract-to-Hire\nIndustry : Life Sciences\nLocation/Mode: Any/Fully Remote\n\nCompensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience — flexible for the right candidate
