Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Noida. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and contributing to interior and exterior design solutions. Daily responsibilities include assisting with schematic design, design development, and working drawings; creating and updating CAD/BIM models; and preparing presentations, diagrams, and 3D visualizations. The role also involves coordinating with consultants, gathering technical information, participating in site visits, and helping document design changes and progress. The Junior Architect will collaborate closely with the project team to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements and timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and design documents.
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and workflows.
- Exposure to Project Management principles, including basic understanding of schedules, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with rendering tools and presentation software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification, with a portfolio demonstrating academic or professional design work.
- Ability to interpret building codes and standards at a basic level, with willingness to learn local regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an office-based team environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and openness to feedback and mentorship.
