Job Description
We are looking for candidates from the QSR sector with prior experience in store hiring (Store Staff and Store Partners) along with hands-on experience in payroll.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Store Staff and Store Managers across retail stores — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires
Induction & Compliance
- Plan and conduct structured employee induction programs for new joiners
- Oversee uniform and ID badge distribution as part of the onboarding process
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and handle employee grievances promptly
Documentation & Audit
- Draft and issue HR letters including show-cause notices, warning letters, and transfer letters
- Track and ensure timely closure of audit observations through the audit management portal
HRMS & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS
- Identify and resolve attendance discrepancies and zero-attendance cases in a timely manner
Employee Engagement
- Conduct structured 30- 60- and 90-day check-ins to monitor employee experience and well-being
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and reducing attrition
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, interview dashboards, and uniform/IVA trackers
- Generate regular MIS reports to support data-driven HR decisions
Full & Final Settlement
- Manage the complete employee separation process with sensitivity and compliance
- Conduct exit interviews to gather actionable feedback
- Coordinate Full & Final (F&F) settlement clearances in line with company policy
