Role : Hardware Technician Experience : 3–5 Years


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, thin clients, Apple Devices, printers, and other IT hardware.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS (iMac/MacBook) systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
  • Support LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP connectivity issues.
  • Manage and troubleshoot IP phones, VoIP, and telephony systems.
  • Perform device deployments, upgrades, replacements, and asset management.
  • Support branch offices and remote users with day-to-day IT issues.
  • Provide basic support for Citrix environments, VMware virtual machines, and Windows Server systems.
  • Maintain IT documentation and update support tickets within SLA.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Provide on-call, weekend, and after-hours support when required.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS support.
  • Good understanding of basic networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting IP telephony and VoIP systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Citrix and VMware, along with Microsoft 365 (O365), will be an added advantage.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, B.Tech, BCA , Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Desktop Support, Hardware Support, or System Administration.
